DHL Supply Chain is hiring a full-time Shift Manager in Beringe, Netherlands, to lead the inbound logistics operation for a major global technology customer during an implementation and automation renewal. The role manages 2 to 4 Team Leaders and indirectly around 60 Operators, oversees safe and KPI-compliant process execution, workforce planning, customer coordination, coaching, development conversations, and improvement projects. The position requires relevant logistics leadership experience, clear Dutch and English communication, analytical decision-making, and the ability to inspire and develop people.
