Description
A restaurant shift manager is responsible for overseeing all activities during an assigned shift, including staffing, crew supervision, inventory, cash and cost controls, food management, customer service, paperwork, scheduling, cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and compliance with company policies. The role also performs general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing phone and in-person orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the facility. Applicants must be at least 18, lift 25 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, have reliable transportation, pass a pre-employment background check, and work varying daily hours.
