Responsible for managing all aspects of their shift, including cost and inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. The individual will ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures, setting an example for their team. Additional duties involve staff management, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, store appearance maintenance, excellent customer service, attendance tracking, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing efforts, and profitability optimization.
