Description
The Shift Manager supervises restaurant shifts and work areas for an independent Domino’s franchisee, overseeing staffing, training, customer service, product quality, cash and inventory management, order processing, food preparation, equipment and facility upkeep, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. The role also performs delivery-related duties, including safely driving and interacting with customers at their homes, and requires the ability to lead a team independently, work variable shifts including nights and weekends, and perform physically demanding restaurant tasks. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, vehicle insurance, and ability to perform all restaurant positions are required.
