Description
DPD is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager for its Exeter Depot on a permanent, 40-hour-per-week basis. The role manages owner and employed drivers, supports depot targets for core routes and stops per route, coordinates deliveries and collections, resolves driver issues, maintains documentation and systems, and sets performance, cost, productivity, transport, and health-and-safety indicators. The position works Tuesday to Saturday starting at 5am, pays up to £40,000 plus bonus, and offers benefits including holiday trading, life assurance, on-site parking, and development opportunities.
