DPD is hiring an experienced Shift Manager for its Carlisle depot to manage depot operations, drivers, and warehouse operatives from Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 21:00. The role is responsible for operational performance, compliance, financial targets, customer service, HR tasks, collections and returns processing, service targets, reporting, and data analysis. The position offers a permanent contract of 40 hours per week at approximately £40,000 plus bonus.
