Description
DPD is hiring an experienced Shift Manager for its Darlington Depot on a permanent, 40-hour-per-week contract. The role manages owner and employed drivers, supports depot targets for core routes and stops per route, coordinates deliveries and collections, resolves driver issues, maintains documentation and systems, and sets performance, service, cost, productivity, transport, and health-and-safety indicators. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 05:00 to 13:30, with a salary of up to 40k plus bonus.
