Description
The Shift Manager supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing a Five Guys restaurant, overseeing employees across cashier, lobby, prep, grill, and fry stations, and handling opening and closing duties. The role requires at least one year of fast-casual restaurant management experience, a qualifying NYC food protection certificate, physical ability to perform shift duties, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $19.00-$21.00 per hour plus tips and bonuses, with additional benefits including meals, commuter benefits, paid time off, a 401K program, and advancement opportunities.
