The Shift Manager supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing a fast-casual restaurant, overseeing employees across cashier, lobby, prep, grill, and fry stations, and handling opening and closing duties. The role requires at least one year of fast-casual restaurant management experience, availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
