The Assistant General Manager will manage daily restaurant operations, support the General Manager, train and supervise employees, assist with recruiting and disciplinary matters, provide customer service, ensure food safety and sanitation compliance, oversee inventory, and handle cash. The Shift Manager will manage daily operations, supervise and motivate employees, provide customer service, ensure compliance, and oversee inventory. Both roles require a high school degree or equivalent, at least one year of restaurant-management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts. The Assistant General Manager role starts at $45,000 annually with bonuses and benefits, while the Shift Manager role pays $18–$20 per hour with an all-in wage of $22–$26 per hour.
