The Shift Manager supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing a Five Guys restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, profit maximization, and high-performing teams. The role provides hands-on support across cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fries, opening, and closing duties, works days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires at least one year of fast-casual restaurant management experience.
