Grupo Orenes is hiring a Shift Manager to supervise casino gaming operations during assigned shifts. The role coordinates dealers, cashiers, area supervisors, and security staff; ensures compliance with gaming laws and internal policies; handles customer complaints and disputes; monitors cash flows and shift financial reports; collaborates with security and surveillance teams; and manages staff attendance, absences, and break schedules. The position requires 3–5 years of casino operations experience, cash-handling experience, customer service, communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. It is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start.
