gusto! is hiring a Shift Manager for its Buford location to oversee daily operations of a healthy fast-food restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, food safety, inventory, catering, cashiering, delivery-platform operations, staff training, team leadership, and opening and closing procedures. The role requires at least one year of shift leader, supervisor, or manager experience, availability for all shifts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Compensation is $15–$17 plus tips, with tip sharing and flexible scheduling.
