gusto! is hiring a Shift Manager for its Tucker location to oversee daily operations of a healthy fast-food restaurant. The role manages customer service, food preparation, food safety, cleanliness, inventory, catering, delivery systems, staff training, team leadership, and operational safety, while supporting the manager and participating in P&L reviews. Candidates need customer-service experience, at least one year of shift-leader, supervisor, or manager experience, strong communication and reliability, and availability for flexible hours including weekends.
