The role oversees safe operations, environmental compliance, quality assurance, cost control, productivity, shift communications, department initiatives, and performance coaching, with particular focus on nights and weekends. Candidates need a BS in pulp and paper, engineering, or equivalent pulp and paper industry experience, two years of paper mill operations experience, and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The starting salary is $96,000–$120,000, with paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
