Description
The Shift Manager provides hands-on leadership during assigned restaurant shifts, coordinating team members, assigning workstations, monitoring service and food-safety standards, supporting opening and closing duties, handling cash and supplies, and communicating issues to management. The role is part-time to full-time and prefers previous restaurant or food-service experience, leadership experience, strong communication, dependability, organization, and willingness to work alongside team members.
