Relay is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee sortation operations during assigned day or night shifts, support recruitment, onboarding, and training of site operatives, lead and coach the team, maintain health and safety standards, improve efficiency and service quality, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role requires prior experience in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment, strong communication and team-building skills, problem-solving ability, data-driven performance tracking, and a hands-on approach.
