Description
SodaStream is recruiting a Shift Manager to oversee an assembly production line end to end, including approximately 50 employees, safety, product quality, production planning, bottleneck management, employee onboarding and lifecycle administration, and internal plant coordination. The role requires end-to-end employee management experience, computerized-systems experience, Hebrew fluency, and work on 12-hour morning shifts; industry experience and a practical engineering diploma or bachelor’s degree are advantageous.
