Description
The Shift Manager will assist the Production Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating fabrication and assembly operations while overseeing a warehouse shift crew. The role leads production activities, resolves problems, assigns work, enforces policies, coaches employees, and supports safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and workforce management. It is a second-shift position scheduled Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., with Friday shifts based on business needs. The position requires an associate degree, five or more years of manufacturing experience, and Lean manufacturing training; medical, dental, and vision coverage are mentioned among the benefits.
