Urbana Country Club is hiring a full-time Shift Manager to support food and beverage service operations across à la carte dining, banquets, catering, and club events, with a strong focus on beverage operations. The role involves hands-on leadership, staff training, scheduling, member and guest service, coordination with kitchen and event teams, POS troubleshooting, and maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols. The position offers $21 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and an HSA/FSA option.
