Wendy's is hiring a Shift Manager for its Windsor, Connecticut restaurant. The role is the first management level in the restaurant and is responsible for opening and closing, daily operations, food safety, cash handling, crew supervision, customer service, quality and production standards, schedule coverage, and resolving customer concerns. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, six months or more of relevant experience, availability for full-time and close shifts, and ServSafe certification by the end of training.
