Description
The role manages store operations by supervising employees, planning and organizing work, controlling inventory and goods movement, coordinating e-commerce, and preparing reports. It requires Latvian language proficiency at B2 level, organizational and computer skills, and willingness to work actively; prior shift-manager experience is not required because training is provided. The position offers EUR 6.85–EUR 7.35 gross per hour, health insurance after three months, and other benefits.
