Description
The Shift Manager Cage directs and supervises cage personnel during a specified shift and oversees accurate and efficient accounting, credit authorization, financial data integrity, budget controls, audits, compliance with gaming and federal regulations, security, and guest service. The role also supports training, staffing, performance reviews, and assumes full responsibility for the cage when the Cage Manager is absent. Candidates must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or GED, five years of progressive banking experience including three years in a supervisory capacity, be able to obtain and retain a New York State Gaming Commission License, and work varying shifts.
