DPD is hiring a permanent Shift Manager for its Chelmsford depot, working Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:30. The role manages depot operations, drivers, and warehouse operatives; oversees collections and returns processing; and is responsible for operational performance, compliance, financial targets, customer service, HR tasks, reporting, and analysis.
