DPD is hiring an experienced Shift Manager for its Maidstone depot to manage delivery and collection operations, support owner and employed drivers, meet route and depot targets, resolve issues, coordinate resources, complete documentation, and monitor performance and health and safety indicators. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday from 05:30 to 14:00, with a salary of circa £40,000 plus bonus.
