DPD is hiring a permanent Shift Manager for its depot operations team in Reading. The role manages owner and employed drivers, supports delivery and collection route performance, monitors targets and key performance indicators, resolves driver issues, ensures documentation and systems are compliant, and maintains depot targets. The position works Sunday to Thursday from 05:30 to 13:00, pays approximately £40,000 plus bonus, and requires people-management, communication, decision-making, reporting, and data-analysis skills.
