DPD is hiring a permanent Shift Manager for its Crawley depot, working Tuesday to Saturday from 05:00 to 13:30. The role manages owner and employed drivers, supports depot targets for core routes and stops per route, coordinates deliveries and collections, resolves driver issues, maintains documentation and systems, and sets performance, transport, productivity, and health and safety indicators. Candidates need transport or people-management experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, computer and reporting abilities, and vigilance against unscrupulous activity. The salary is circa £40,000 plus bonus.
