Description
The Engineering Shift Manager will lead the engineering team at a manufacturing site, focusing on reducing machinery downtime, improving equipment performance, supporting the asset care programme, coordinating maintenance, handling crisis incidents, and maintaining team discipline. The role requires NVQ level 3 or equivalent engineering qualifications, experience in engineering and fault-finding within a fast-moving consumer goods environment, people-management experience, HACCP knowledge, and strong communication and decision-making skills.
