Description
The Facilities Manager oversees mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other assigned maintenance areas, ensuring work orders are completed safely, timely, and to service standards. The role supervises and trains staff, manages keys and emergencies, prepares department reports, enforces attendance and safety policies, maintains knowledge of property systems, and supports guest and vendor relations. It requires strong supervisory and communication skills, financial-metrics experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, familiarity with building systems, and the ability to work varying hospitality schedules.
