Description
The Shift Manager is the first management-level role in the restaurant, responsible for opening and closing, daily operations, food safety, cash handling, crew supervision, customer service, quality and production standards, and shift coverage. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, six months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service, or equivalent experience, full-time and close-shift availability, and ServSafe certification by the end of training.
