Description
The Shift Manager (Line Coach) coaches and leads the day-to-day operations and financial performance of Zalat, managing the cook line, safety, cleanliness, quality, speed, shift procedures, facilities, equipment, purchasing, receiving, accounting, and inventory processes. The role requires supervising a team for at least one year, a valid Food Manager Safety Certification or willingness to complete it upon hire, strong communication skills, schedule management, and successful completion of a mandatory background check.
