The role leads day-to-day quality control and production operations, manages QA programs and staffing, resolves disputes, conducts audits, handles nonconforming products, supports ISO 9001 compliance, and enforces safety procedures. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of manufacturing and production experience, strong communication and supervisory skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a master’s degree is preferred.
