DPD UK is recruiting five experienced Logistics Shift Managers to work across all shift patterns in its logistics warehouse. The role manages a small team of operatives responsible for warehouse picking and packing, while overseeing productivity, costs, accuracy, service levels, KPIs, policies, health and safety, quality, and housekeeping. Candidates need logistics and people-management experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, computer and reporting abilities, vigilance, and a full UK driving licence.
