EG Group is hiring a Shift Manager / Shift Supervisor / Specialist in System Catering for its KFC restaurant in Nuremberg. The role is full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week and involves managing the shift, supporting the team, maintaining KFC and HACCP standards, and assisting with scheduling and other organizational tasks. Candidates need prior system-catering or similar experience, leadership and customer-service skills, German proficiency, and flexibility; KFC experience is an advantage. The position offers an hourly wage of at least €14.60, with an increase to €16.07 from 1 October 2026, plus a performance-related bonus and other employee benefits.
