Mars Petcare is hiring a night Shift Manager in Aurora, Nebraska, to lead a shift-based front-line operations team of approximately 15 associates. The role manages conversion, change, safety, quality, food safety, continuous improvement, staffing, equipment troubleshooting, performance goals, associate development, recruiting, and on-shift incident resolution. Candidates need an undergraduate degree or equivalent manufacturing continuous-improvement experience with a high school diploma, HACCP knowledge, plant sanitation experience, and strong people-management and communication skills; engineering, business, OSHA, and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.
