Description
Lam Manufacturing Malaysia is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support new-product pilot, virtual, and high-volume manufacturing operations. The role troubleshoots assembly, process, tooling, fixture, and product issues; performs root-cause investigations using 8D and RCCA; improves manufacturing methods, quality, cycle time, and efficiency; assesses non-conforming materials; reviews designs and processes; develops Best Known Methods; and analyzes manufacturing data. The position supports 24-hour operations on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule and requires a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, along with troubleshooting, GD&T, CAD, and manufacturing-process knowledge.
