Description
Lam Manufacturing Malaysia is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support new-product pilot, virtual, and high-volume manufacturing operations. The role troubleshoots assembly, process, tooling, fixture, and product issues; performs root-cause investigations using 8D and RCCA; improves manufacturing methods, quality, cycle time, and efficiency; assesses non-conforming materials; reviews designs and processes; develops Best Known Methods; and analyzes manufacturing data. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, knowledge of GD&T and engineering systems, and willingness to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
