PTA Corporation is hiring a Shift Manufacturing Supervisor in Oxford, Connecticut, to lead the second shift of its manufacturing operation. The role oversees production operators, material handlers, and technicians; monitors schedules and quality; trains and evaluates team members; enforces safety procedures; coordinates equipment maintenance; and resolves production bottlenecks. The position pays $32.00 to $40.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior manufacturing-supervision experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
