onsemi is hiring a Metrology Module Engineer to support metrology systems and manufacturing operations during evening production hours in Hopewell Junction, New York. The role provides rapid troubleshooting for process excursions, tool alarms, quality events, and production issues; leads root-cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions; improves tool performance, uptime, capability, and productivity; mentors technicians and junior engineers; and contributes to cross-functional yield, cycle-time, quality, and cost-reduction projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with experience in metrology, process engineering, equipment engineering, yield engineering, or manufacturing engineering, statistical process control, data analysis, and structured problem solving. The base salary is $101,700 to $172,700, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
