Mennel Milling is hiring a full-time Shift Miller in Roanoke, Virginia, working the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift with overtime as required. The role operates and maintains flour milling equipment, manages wheat and flour inventories, troubleshoots equipment, supports food safety and quality programs, completes production reports, and covers the Head Miller or Mill Operator when needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while flour milling, food production, manufacturing, and supervisory experience are preferred.
