Description
The Shift Multi-Skilled Maintenance Craftsperson provides responsive mechanical and electrical maintenance support across two rotating shifts at Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Bakewell Road site. The role handles equipment breakdowns, planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, installation and modification work, shift handovers, documentation, and continuous-improvement initiatives while supporting operations, quality, maintenance, R&D, and other teams. It requires manufacturing maintenance experience, multi-skilled capability, shift-based experience, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment with required PPE.
