Description
The Shift Operator will operate, adjust, and maintain production lines and packaging machines at one of several client sites in the Coevorden, Hoogeveen, Emmen, or Klazienaveen region. The role includes quality checks, resolving machine breakdowns, optimizing production processes, and working a 2-, 3-, or 5-shift schedule. It requires production experience, technical insight, an affinity for machinery, and Dutch language proficiency. The position is full-time, temporary with possible permanent employment, pays €3,100–€4,500 gross monthly including shift allowance, and offers training and secondary employment benefits.
