Responsible for ensuring the safe, continuous, and optimal operation of the plant, performing routine operational duties, adhering to EHS and quality procedures, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating on troubleshooting and process improvement. The role involves conducting plant walk-rounds, monitoring equipment, assisting with investigations, maintaining facility cleanliness, documenting activities, reviewing KPIs, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Requires independent work with strong reporting structures.
