Molex is hiring a full-time Shift Process Engineer in Suzhou, China to provide hands-on engineering support for parts manufacturing across new product development and existing production. The role involves participating in parts making, troubleshooting processes and equipment, documenting test results, applying standard engineering techniques, and assisting in training machinists. Candidates need knowledge of machining, assembly, and surface treatment; Microsoft Office, Pro/E, and Mastercam skills; and the ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions. The position is shift-based and may include work typical of a higher level for training and development purposes.
