Micron Technology is hiring a Shift Process Engineer to support and improve assembly processes in a fast-paced development environment. The role involves diagnosing process issues, analyzing manufacturing data, improving yield and quality, monitoring process trends, and supporting the evaluation of process changes, materials, and vendor solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, experience analyzing data to solve technical problems, knowledge of SPC and process control, and experience using AI-enabled tools.
