Description
The role is a production engineer responsible for improving line efficiency, OEE, RTY, process controls, equipment calibration, process capability, and production KPIs. It also covers new-product and serial-production implementation, FMEA and PPAP, Kaizen, corrective actions, safety audits, training, cost reduction, and coordination with maintenance, suppliers, and quality. The position requires a secondary technical school, at least two years of experience in a similar production-plant role, knowledge of CNC machining, assembly, PLC/PC programming, GD&T, root-cause analysis, and English, with a salary starting at 1 550 EUR brutto plus monthly bonus and other benefits.
