Description
Heidelberg Materials Belgium/Aggregates is hiring a Shift Production Foreman for its Moha quarry site. The role manages quarry production operations, production teams, facilities, quality, maintenance schedules, shutdowns, safety, and production reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or technician qualification in electromechanics or equivalent experience, initial heavy-industry experience, team leadership, technical and computer skills, and knowledge of mining and civil-engineering equipment. The position is a two-week shift rotating between 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with compensation, pension savings, hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, and other benefits.
