Description
The role manages a production department across multiple Thursday–Sunday day and night shifts, coaching hourly associates, monitoring production and quality, resolving employee issues, conducting safety and shift meetings, interviewing nonexempt employees, investigating accidents, tracking absenteeism and timekeeping, and reporting department performance. The position requires leadership, communication, multitasking, computer literacy, and comfort in cool or cold environments.
