Description
The Shift Runner manages restaurant operations when the General Manager is unavailable, overseeing customer service, food preparation, sales, service, deliveries, opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, training, food safety, labor management, equipment, cleaning, ordering, receiving, and storage. The role requires at least one year of restaurant or fast-food management experience, the ability to work nights and weekends, and strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $17.38-$19.75 per hour, with paid family medical leave, paid sick leave, and a performance-based monthly bonus.
