Domino's Pizza is hiring a Shift Runner to supervise all activities during a store shift, including staffing, policy adherence, inventory and food management, cash and cost controls, paperwork, customer service, cleanliness, scheduling, marketing, and profitability. The role requires prior fast-food restaurant management experience, strong judgment, math, multitasking, communication, order-entry, and operational skills; it also involves physical store work and may include pizza deliveries, requiring a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle. On-the-job training is provided, and profit-sharing bonuses may supplement hourly pay.
